Nicki joined the agency in January 2021 as a customer service representative. She is currently studying to obtain her property and casualty licenses. She is skilled in many areas, including legal concepts, transcribing, and team leading. She took courses at GTCC for two years learning paralegal technology. She is committed to continually learning and growing to ensure that all clients’ needs are met. She is extremely outgoing and has a very caring personality. When asked what appeals to her about insurance, Nicki said, “Insurance customer service appeals to me because I am naturally empathic”. She is a mother to a daughter and two sons, as well as a very sweet and loving Great Dane puppy! She enjoys spending time with family and friends, scrapbooking, and crafting. “I look forward to serving Encore’s clients with the utmost care and respect”.
